The home is positioned amongst manicured grounds that back onto a reserve, giving our guests access to the gorgeous Camden Haven River to enjoy an array of water sports or for the keen fisherman alike.
A beautifully elevated home offers spacious bedrooms and main bathroom flowing out into an air-conditioned open living space. A modern kitchen, lounge and dining opens on to a large covered timber deck that is protected from the weather by louvred awnings.
For your added convenience there is an additional bathroom downstairs when enjoying this space and an outdoor shower has been designed for those sandy days at the beach to rinse off.
There is ample parking space as you come onto the property, allowing for a boat or additional car parking. There is a single undercover carport and storage is available for surfboards, kayaks and bikes.
The heart of North Haven's shopping and dining strip is close by to indulge in the local cuisine. Take a walk or bike ride along the river, along the break wall all the way to North Haven Beach. There are many picnic tables and spots to enjoy along the way, pelicans, dolphins playing and spotting the resident grey nurse sharks along the break wall.
This slice of heaven will see you want to return time and time again.

A wonderful place to relax
Janelle Ingham - 28th December 2022Riverside retreat was the perfect getaway in a great location with both the beach and river nearby with restaurants and supermarkets in nearby Laurieton. The house catered for all our needs and was extremely comfortable and clean.

Teresa - 3rd August 2021We had a wonderful stay at Riverside and will be staying again I'm sure. It was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the gadgets - esp loved the coffee machine! We made use of the fire pit outside, was a lovely novelty for Winter. Plenty of space outside for the kids to run around and explore. We fished out back, no luck, but plenty of fishing to be done down the river. We enjoyed the walkway at the back of our house straight to the sea lookout - I saw kangaroos on my run and the next day we saw dolphins - a bonus!

Kim - 26th January 2021Thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful house. We walked into a beautiful clean house. We really didn’t need to go anywhere but cafes, restaurants, club, bike tracks and lots of water was right there. We will definitely stay again. 5 stars to the cleaner too.

Fantastic Location & Residence
FamilyWithTeens - 29th April 2019Stayed during April 2019 school holidays for a family holiday. The house was excellent and catered for every need. With 3 bedrooms there was plenty of room for everyone. Loved the outdoor deck/bbq area, and easy access to the reserve at the rear of the property. Excellent location in North Haven - Walking distance to Laurieton, North Haven shops/beach. Definately stay here again.
