This three bedroom fully furnished apartment is located on the waterfront and within easy walking distance to Laurieton centre.
Sleeps 6 - Consisting of 1 x queen bed, 4 x single beds, 2 bathrooms and a single lock up garage. Well appointed with colour TV, DVD, microwave and dishwasher. Huge balcony with amazing views overlooking the Camden Haven River. The Fishermans Co-Op is right across the road selling fresh local fish and chips or purchase your own choice of fresh seafood. The jetty is also part of the Co-Op making it anideal place to laze away your days fishing or boating on the beautiful Camden Haven River. Coffee van also now available at the co-op.
Walk along the riverwalk to the North Haven RSL club or down to the Riverwalk Markets every 3rd Sunday. Beaches are within an easy drive.
(Parking to be in the garage or on the street, not in front of garage).

Comfortable stay
Jenny G - 24th February 2025A very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Air conditioning would be a good addition as it was quite humid and there were only ceiling fans there. Otherwise very happy with the accommodation.

NORMAN MONSHALL - 9th September 2022Delightful, quiet location above bike path, w stunning river views. Spacious, well appointed, w a huge sunny terrace. 800m to restaurants/shops. V reasonable rates but no wifi or streaming services & BYO sheets/towels. Early 9.30 check out. Time for an upgrade? Cluttered lounge w a bulky coffee table & 2 large settees, w sagging seats underpinned by slats of wood. The TV is too small & too low for comfortable viewing & should be wall mounted. One badly stained bathroom mat needs replacing.

Sandy Woods - 18th April 2022A lovely position a short flat walk along the river to town where you will find a great choice of places to dine. The outlook from the unit is stunning and so peaceful,the unit is clean and has everything you would need for during your stay. The local seafood Co Op across the road is a must do for lunch. A short drive to North Haven where you will find a cafe right on the stunning Sandy beach a great spot for surfing, swimming,coffee and a bite to eat. We will definitely stay again.

Tim0 - 5th February 2021This is a top floor apartment with own entrance, beautiful views from all rooms. Comfortable, clean and staff at LJ Hooker are so very helpful (thanks Cathy!). Have stayed twice so far, but would love to return again. Nice little fishing spot just outside, or endless choices near by. Great for families, with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. Pub just up the road (Laurieton Hotel), which serves great food, or Laurieton Seafood just opposite (1 min walk). Some lovely walks too, just walk out the door.

Beautiful river walk out the front door and very convenient to the town and facilities. A barbecue and more comfortable furniture would improve this accommodation. However overall we can highly recommend it.
The Best Location
Robert - 12th November 2020We stayed 8 nights had a great time fishing walking and sight seeing, the unit was very clean and tidy with everything you need, great kitchen and balcony with the best view. If I can be critical the furniture could do with an upgrade including the TV and WIFI would be helpful, otherwise it was excellent and we will stay again as the unit is close to everything used the car once to drive to the lookout at North Brother

Michael - 28th April 2019Lovely spot to relax and unwind from the pressures of everyday life, close to the fish co op for great fresh fish and seafood, place has complete functional kitchen, amazing views in both directions of the Camden Haven river,walk to the RSL or cinema, enjoy the local restaurant scene, fish off the wharf, has a bath for that well earn't soak. Will visit again. Missed a BBQ on the lovely balcony.
Great spot
Ryan - 12th March 2019Great location and close to water and a great fish and chip shop. Unit was well equipped but was very warm as there was no air-con..Made it challenging getting ready for a wedding.. Unit was average in cleanliness .toilets and floor didn't look like they had been cleaned. Also ,at no fault of the owner there were road works outside the unit throughout our stay. This meant that water services were shut off at times which made it difficult to plan..but that happens. Besides that we had a great stay and would visit again
