Comfortable air conditioned 3 bedroom cottage not far from North Haven beach and breakwall. Timber flooring throughout, the house is baby-stroller and walker friendly with easy decking ramp access to the large level fenced yard with Gas BBQ. Bring the bikes, the surfboards and the fishing rods.
1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Singles in kids TV/Play room. Shower over small bath, and a second shower & toilet in the laundry. The shower will cater for a shower chair and has grab rails if needed (not supplied). Microwave, Auto Washing machine, Electric stove. 2 TV/DVD, Radio. Gas BBQ (2 bottles supplied). The small detached garage is suitable for storage and there is plenty of parking for 2 cars and the boat. Wifi available.

Really good value for money, especially as we stayed over Easter. We love being able to walk to the beach, the club and the local shops and cafes. We have already booked for next year. See you then!

John H - 2nd April 2023Handy to all of the best beach fishing spots between Camden Haven and Lake Cattai. We got our share of fish but I'm not allowed to tell you exactly where. The only problem was that the beach worms had gone on holidays. Hope to use your services again in the future.

Some great features
Sydney - 25th May 2019Very quiet, close to the beach, spacious and well laid out. The furniture is not 5 star but very acceptable being pet friendly. Sleeps 6 and there are 2 bathrooms .There is a magnificent square shower in the back bathroom ( twice as large as any I have ever seen ), great hot water and great pressure. Yes a couple of the mats are a little tattered but puppies tend to chew on mats etc. They would not be acceptable if the house was not pet friendly. I personally would stick with the bare boards in spring, summer and autumn. Best features for us were large enclosed backyard, spacious house air-conditioned, all utensils, washing machine, magnificent glass shower, closeness to beach, quietness, 3 or 4 off street parking spaces, lavender bush in the front garden, 5 minute drive to Laurieton. On the down side light sand dust under the cushions in the loungeroom, front shower floor not clean, need to supply own linen, woodwork needs to be reoiled or revarnished. All in all a very enjoyable holiday.
Great Location!
paul - 8th March 2019Perfect location not far from the beach and river. Ideal for our love of the surf, fishing and bike riding. Our only disappointment was the lack of cleaning inside the house. Dust, scummy tiles in shower, unflushed toilet on our arrival. We suggest that the real estate agent might like to check condition of the house before each new tenant's arrival. Apart from this, we will certainly be returning.

Carol - 2nd February 2019I have stayed here three times now and there will be a fourth and a fifth. Great position, only two blocks to the beach. My only criticism which could also be seen as an asset, it’s a black spot for 4G and there is no wifi.

Hammo - 21st October 2018Panels missing from front door not a good first impression. Every rug needs to be destroyed, dirty and threadbare. Doesn't look as though it had a dust for long time. Location good for beach. Garden good once lawn had been cut on the day of our departure.
