This home backs onto the beach reserve and is a short level walk to beach access at Middle Rock. Great undercover outdoor entertaining area with gas BBQ and in-ground plunge pool. Sleeps 8. 2 Queen beds, 2 Singles + 2 trundles. Single lock-up garage. Gas BBQ. Please note the beach is only patrolled during summer & school holiday periods and the backyard is not completely fenced in.

New Year getaway
Shaun D - 13th January 2025Family of 4 shared with friends (family of 4 also) for the New year period. The kids loved the shared bedroom which was spacious. 2 living areas means we all got to enjoy our own space also. Property a 50m walk to the sand on the beach directly behind the property. Property also has a lovely pool to relax in with a couple of ledges/seats on the side. Undercover area nice just really hot in the middle of the day.

Shaun D - 10th January 2024We really enjoyed our stay at the Middlerock Retreat, the house was in a great location just a short 35 metre stroll through the rear shrub to the beach. The shops and the local tavern were 800metres away. The plunge pool was great for sitting in enjoying afternoon cocktails. The Neighbours were friendly. The property has all the kitchenware you require for a fantastic stay.

Louise - 27th July 2020Overall experience was good. Great location and comfortable. Just a few minor maintenance things really need doing. broken door knobs, sliding door hard to open and close, toilet seat, broken tile at back door is a little dangerous, and some good heating would be nice.

Marjie - 12th March 2017This house is in a great location for supermarket, beach and walking. A short drive to Port Macquarie or Laurieton, Camden Haven. Comfortable house with outdoor space. Beware small children and the outdoor steps, they are steep with a railing only on one side, but that is only a minor thing!

Large accommodating house in the best location
Bel1 - 27th September 2014This is our second stay at Middlerock Retreat . Such a great location for our family to relax at. Rooms are large as well as living areas . Relax at the entertaining area next to the pool whilst listening to the waves crashing on the beach directly behind the property. The kitchen has everything you need and there is even a spa bath in the bathroom. We will definately be coming back for a third visit. Belinda Jones and Family
