Full access to the apartment and garage. The visitor parking is intended for drop in visitors so please use the garage or park on the nature strip where possible. The shared gardens and clothes lines can be used by guests adhering the building requirements for noise and supervision of children (posted in the foyer of the building for reference).

Geoff M - 30th October 2024Great location, close to beaches and easy drive to Laurieton. Everything works and is well maintained. Very clean, modern and extremely well-equipped, with large balcony. Spacious lock-up garage is a real bonus.
