This first floor apartment is situated directly opposite the lake and very close to the surf beach. The beach access is only a few metres from the front door and is located central to all Lake Cathie facilities including shopping centre, Bowling Club and Tavern and only a 15 minute drive north to Port Macquarie.
Two comfortable bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen with microwave. Sleeps 5: 1 Queen bedroom and 1 Single bed + Single bunks. Single lock-up garage and plenty of room in the front yard for a relaxing picnic.

The view was excellent. Nice and quiet. The permanent residents where friendly and quiet. The apartment had everything we needed. The only noise was the windchime which woke us up during the night. Please upgrade mattresses. Just a practical thing. Please mention to anyone renting unit 3 that the garage cannot accomodate high cars.

We had a lovely few days away in the most perfect spot in Lake Cathie, great little unit with beautiful views and had most of the basics for comfort. However due to it not having air conditioning or fans it was very stuffy and hot at times, we actually bought a fan to use while we were there, so I suggest the owners invest in a couple of cheap pedistool fans which would make a big difference to the comfort of holiday tenants. Also the main bedroom is only a double bed so toes hanging over the edge not that comfortable. If those two small things were rectified it would get a 10/10. At the moment I’ll give it 7/10.
