This 2 bedroom ground floor villa is in a quiet, convenient location right opposite the lake and only a short distance to the surf beach access steps. Lovely sunny front porch for the winter and the sea breeze in the summer plus air conditioning.
Central to local shopping centre, tennis courts, café & tavern. 15 minute drive north to Port Macquarie or south to Laurieton and North Haven. Picnic BBQ areas along the lake's edge.
Sleeps 5. 1 Queen, 1 x single bunks + 1 Single. Internal access from the carport at the rear. Fully self-contained with internal laundry. Shower over bath.

Best a holiday Rental!

We have stayed at quite a few holiday rentals in Port Macquarie area and this was by far the cleanest and most comfortable we have been. We loved the location and even though it was right across from the beach, it was very quiet. Amenities were excellent. All round great time had by all. Highly recommend 👍

DCHG - 18th November 2019We recently stayed here for a month long work trip and absolutely loved being across the road from beautiful Lake Cathie. The unit was perfect for what we needed and being able to bring our dog was a HUGE relief. The neighbours are lovely too! We can't thank Wayne & the team from LJ Hooker enough for organising the unit with practically no notice - especially Lisa who made the whole process so stress free for us.
