Rainy weather? No problems! Cozy up inside and enjoy a movie day with the smart tv, playstation, telstra tv box and cinema surround sound system.
There is also a big gas barbecue easily accessed on the covered deck with lounges, benchtops & privacy screens for informal dining & relaxing. For guest’s comfort there is a powder room on this level.
Outdoors on the ground level is a very private courtyard with fire pit & built in seating, tropical water feature & gardens as well as undercover seating. Heated outdoor shower for convenience when returning home from a day of water activities.
Bedroom one has a king size bed, beautifully dressed, and bedroom two has 2 single beds also with stylish new linen. The master bedroom has ensuite (please note, the ensiute is the only full bathroom for guest use).

Extremely prompt and helpful real-estate when contacted regarding assistance with the house. Beautiful backyard, felt like a jungle escape. fireplace was a highlight. Applicance's were all high quality, fridge and tv were huge. House was stunning, felt like a home. Will definitely be back.
