Shorebreak is located right on the beachfront at pristine Rainbow Beach, with amazing views of the beach from both levels. Check the surf over your morning cuppa, then walk across the park and you are at the patrolled swimming beach (Oct to April). The house has everything including multiple living and dining areas as well as a fully equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher and microwave. There are 2 x bathrooms, one with bath and separate shower. Sleeping up to twelve people with the bedding consisting of 3 x queen, 3 x double + single bunk beds. The property has ducted air conditioning on both levels. The back yard is private and fully fenced with an undercover BBQ and entertainment area. There is rear lane access with two parking spaces. Located directly opposite "Shorebreak" is a children's playground and public BBQ and recreational area as well as the Bonny Hills Surf Life Saving Club and cafe. Bonny Hills Beach Hotel and Garden Centre Cafe are a level 900m walk away.
