A grown up and kids paradise. Spacious beach front home with divine kitchen, two lounge rooms, and swimming pool. Beach access is at the end of the garden via a private bush trail, or just stroll 1 minute along the road. The lake is at the end of the street, 10-15 minutes walk, providing great entertainment for the whole family: fishing, paddling and playground for little ones. New skate park for the teenagers. Local shops, cafes, restaurants, petrol and large supermarket 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Pet friendly on request. Free WiFi. Includes Optus Fetch TV. Ducted air conditioning upstairs, split system downstairs plus fans throughout. (and a sea breeze most days)

A chefs delight with a large gas stove, marble benchtops, concrete sink, walk-in pantry and large island bench.

The house has a funky style with a mix of modern and classic furniture, decor and art works.
Garden, Swimming pool, Games.
The owners live here part of the year and share their family resort home with you while they are away. You will find a fully functioning well outfitted home and plenty of children's toys and books for use.
The garden is fully fenced, and extends on the side of the house where there is a trampoline (not pictured).
Toys, games and pool can be used at your own risk.
BBQ
A BBQ area (gas BBQ) is next to the outdoor dining area.
Pet Friendly on Request
Pets are allowed on request. Please chat to us about your needs and inform us about the type of pet you are bringing, such as breed, age, as a courtesy to the property owners and so we can plan ahead. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Large and heavy shedding dogs to be kept outside and in the garage at night.
Parking
A single lock up garage and driveway parking is included. Plenty of free street parking. The second garage is in use by the owners for storage and is not accessible to guests.

Leanne Fitzpatrick - 24th March 2023Seriously amazing. Definitely a Bohemian style house, it will take you a while to take in the incredible furnishings and artwork the house has to offer. This house was exactly what my family needed. You have every kitchen utensil you can think of, books and games for all ages, a toy corner for the younger guests, rocking horses, pool, bbq and bedrooms that have extremely comfy beds. The only thing you will need is your groceries (Woolies is a 3 min drive) and a path that leads you to the beach
